We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Training Tutor.
As a Training Tutor, you will be required to ensure that learners undertaking training are given appropriate support and guidance in order to achieve their full potential. This will involve providing effective delivery of the programme that conforms to contractual funding requirements. You will also ensure a high quality of learning and the continued progression of learners into employment and/or further/higher education. You will also promote continuous development and improvement of the programme.
Your daily routine will involve: undertaking teaching sessions with learners in line with the programme, ensuring that programmes of learning are delivered at the appropriate levels for learners, this includes delivering differential learning within sessions; designing and delivering appropriate learning materials and resources to support established accreditation delivered at Adult Community Learning; providing necessary documents for management including lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments and accreditation are completed within the required timeframe; ensure that targets set by Adult Community Learning are met; ensure an ongoing communication with all teams that allow an effective exchange of information and a pro-active approach to the learner journey; liaise and maintain necessary records and documentation, providing data in a timely and effective manner to update and maintain Management Information Systems for the sector/programme.
