We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative and Finance Support Officer to join our Communities for Work plus team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our employability programme, providing vital support to the team and maintaining robust systems for Welsh Government funding.
About the role:
You will work closely with the Finance & Claims Officer and Project Manager to provide financial, monitoring, and administrative support. Your work will help ensure that our projects meet funding requirements, run efficiently, and deliver real results for local people.

About you:
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data and financial records. Experience in administration, finance support, or working on funded projects would be an advantage. You will also be a great communicator, able to work as part of a busy team, and committed to delivering high standards.
Ideally you will have:
4 GCSE's grades C or above, or a qualification of a comparable level (eg. Intermediate GNVQ Level 2, BTEC First Certificate, NVQ Level 2).
