The Governing Body of Tywyn Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated, well-organised person with excellent inter-personal and ICT skills, to work in a busy school office. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills as this role involves a high level of interaction with others, on the phone, by email as well as face-to- face. Applicants should be able to work under pressure, remain calm, meet deadlines, ensure discretion and be able to provide an efficient service whilst coping with demands and interruptions.The successful candidate will also be required to take on the role of Clerk to the Governing Body for an additional £1,500 per annum.
Previous experience of a busy office/school office and/or experience of SIMS, VISION / I-TRENT, CITRUS, WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL and ORACLE is essential.
