An exciting opportunity to work in a, state of the art educational and community provision. The governors at Ysgol Bae Baglan wish to appoint a Catering Manager to join our Catering Department providing school meals for our Primary and Secondary pupils. The post will include line management of catering support staff, use of IT, food handling/preparation service and all related catering aspects. The ability to communicate/manage well within the team is essential. The candidate will be a highly committed, motivated and energetic team player who is able to make a full contribution to the provision of excellent school food. Experience of managing a school catering provision in a school is desirable.
