We are looking for a keen, motivated individual to assist with the administration of the training and development functions. Duties will include arranging internal and external training courses, liaising with training providers, as well as monitoring course attendance and evaluations. You will also assist in the preparation of training plans, collate information and maintain and update records both manual and electronic in support of the Social Care Wales Workforce Development Programme.
The appointed individual will have excellent communication skills and a good level of IT and video conferencing expertise. They will be organised, and efficient in the keeping of accurate records. Previous experience of working in a busy environment is essential.
The post requires a minimum of Business Administration (National or Higher National), NVQ Business Admin Level 3, NVQ Customer Services Level 3 or an alternative relevant level 3 qualification.
The Learning Training & Development Section are an active team of over 20 staff who contribute to meeting the learning, training and development requirements of all 4 directorates in the local authority and the independent social care workforce across Neath Port Talbot.
