About the role:
We are currently looking for Community Employment Mentors to join our Communities for Work Plus team in Neath Port Talbot.
The Community Employment Mentor will support the development and delivery of the Communities for Work Programme to support people and remove any barriers to help them return to work. The Community Employment Mentor will have a caseload of customers and work with the individuals to help them gain skills and overcome barriers to return to the workplace.
The main duties of the post; The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, and have experience of inter-agency working and working with communities and individuals; project development; monitoring and evaluation and organisational skills.
