We are currently looking for a Business Relationship Officer to join our team.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Digital Services Division as we’re working to transform the Neath Port Talbot experience for all our citizens, businesses, staff and visitors through the best use of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT).
To deliver the change required, we’ve reset the entire Digital Services staffing structure, aligning to the DDaT profession capability framework, ensuring we have modern and fit for purpose job descriptions focusing on the rights skills and abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for – Reporting to the Business Relationship manager, the post holder will directly support service areas, acting as the Intelligent Client Function, to understand their operational and developmental needs.
Building strategic relationships are key to help ensure that the services and projects delivered meet our users' needs. This post will have a direct impact upon the practical implementation of our new Digital Strategy.
The post holder will be a Digital ambassador, actively involved with embracing and leading change, along with being outcome focused, putting Neath Port Talbot residents at the very heart of everything we do and every decision we take.

You will have experience in
Candidates must be educated to HNC level or possess equivalent occupational experience, and hold a formal qualification in Digital Services e.g. IT Service Management and/or business management e.g. Agile, ITIL, Prince2.
