This is an exciting opportunity to work with schools and families to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. NPT Inclusion Service is looking to appoint a passionate and committed individual with the skills and experience necessary to actively contribute to an ambitious action plan for wellbeing and behaviour. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to pupils with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) and where appropriate work with their families, implement agreed work programmes with individual/groups and other services to help overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate must have relevant and recent experience of working with pupils with emotional, social and behavioural issues within a school setting. They will work within the Wellbeing and Behaviour Service in Inclusion Services and in partnership with other agencies to provide the best possible outcomes for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces. A secondment would be considered as long as the applicant has obtained permission from their manager prior to applying.
