Location of post: Based from Tir Morfa, Sandfields, Port Talbot (TBC)
We are currently looking for a Training Advisor – Construction/Built Environment to join our team to help deliver an exciting new project funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, called Pathways 2 Progression. We are seeking an individual to start immediately and up until the project ends on 31/12/2024.
The successful candidate will be responsible for – managing a caseload of learners/pupils/young people undertaking a variety of courses, qualifications and programmes offered by Skills & Training within the construction/built environment sector. The post holder will ensure that all learners are given appropriate training, support and guidance in order to achieve their qualifications and other key performance indicators in place to meet the programmes objectives and outcomes. This will involve working in schools, external settings and in the sector workplace.
The post will demand occupationally specific experience in order to support learners.
