Join our dynamic Transformation Team as a Transformation Officer! We are seeking a proactive individual who can start immediately or with a month’s notice period.

As a Transformation Officer, you will report to the Lead Transformation Officer and play a pivotal role in driving our transformation agenda. You will leverage innovative technology, design thinking, and lean principles to create a more efficient, agile, and digitally enabled organisation.

One of your key roles will be in driving process mapping and optimisation and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Your expertise in analysing business workflows, identifying transformation opportunities through technology and automation, and documenting processes will be instrumental in modernising the council.

Interview Process:

• The interview will be held sometime week commencing 27th January and successful candidates will be notified via email.
• The interview process will consist of a task-based scenario, presented on the day relating to service process improvement.
• This will then be followed up with a question-and-answer interview.

DBS requirements - This post is subject to a basic DBS check.

Welsh Language Requirements:

Welsh Language skills are not required.
