X2 Permanent Posts / 37hrs per week.
1 Based in Port Talbot Civic and 1 Based in Neath Civic Centre.
The Benefits Team is looking to recruit 2 x Benefits Officers who will assist with the timely assessment and payment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims.
Potential Applicants should have experience of working in a busy financial environment, and will be required to maintain detailed and accurate records of benefit recipients, and also respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter, and face to face contact.
Potential applicants should also possess 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
