We are currently looking for a fixed term Digital Enablement Support Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for – to deliver support and advice for service users, family, community groups and other professionals to motivate people to make the most of digital technology by demonstrating how it might benefit their day-to-day lives.
The main duties of the post;
May include attending and presenting at large-scale events, community groups, and existing workshops. To receive and respond to enquiries in relation to digital technology including providing information, guidance, advice, and signposting and as necessary. To support people to develop a range of digital skills in community settings and within a person’s home to support digital inclusion, promote independence, and prevent isolation and loneliness.
You will have experience in/of;
be comfortable using a wide range of mainstream digital devices and be able to pick up new systems and processes with ease. Full induction and Training will be provided relating to the role including how mainstream digital and assistive technologies can support independence and wellbeing.
Ideally you will have;
A minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A-C) must include English Language or the Welsh equivalent
NVQ Health & Social Care, or NVQ Business and Administration/or NVQ Call Handling (Level 3) and/or equivalent experience
