Administration & Organisation Assistant Level 3 + Clerk To GovernorsTo start September 1st 2025.
21 Hours per week 39 weeks per year + £300 honorarium for clerk to governors.
Maesmarchog Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 3 administration and organisation assistant. The post is responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisation processes within this busy school office.
You should have proven clerical/administrative experience and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The post required a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines. ICT and communication skills both written and oral are considered essential.
You would also be required to fulfil the duties of clerk to the governing body for which an additional annual honorarium of £300 is paid.
