We are currently looking for an Employment Liaison Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting participants and businesses. Within the role you will be liaising with Employers, Colleagues , Training Providers, Employability Partners and Participants to source and match employment opportunities with participants enrolled on the programme. You will monitor and report on expenditure relating to participant training. You will deal with queries from employers, training providers and colleagues.
The main duties of the post:
To develop effective and sustainable working relationships with local employers, SMEs, social enterprises and third sector organisations, to secure appropriate employment opportunities and promote customers to employers in order to secure sustainable employment to those TATA employees or those of the supply chain who have been affected.
Assist in the successful implementation of the Employment Support Team Goals and Targets. Ensuring that quality standards are met, KPI’s are met and monitored.
You will have experience in/of;
Experience of working with those that are facing redundancy or have been made redundant. Experience of liaising with SME’s and Third Sector. Experience of recruitment procedures.
Working knowledge of recruitment practices across a variety of sectors.
Ideally you will be;
Be educated to Level 4 standard and have substantial experience in working with employers
