37 Hours a Week. (5 days Mon-Fri)
Mon-Thurs 7:30am-3:30pm, Fri 7:30am-3pm

Working with a small team of dedicated staff, you will assist in the day to day procurement of materials & various products as well as annual service contracts for sections within the Authority. You will need to have very good knowledge of IT programmes & be able to understand spread sheets, as well as good accuracy with data input relating to numeracy etc.
You will also assist as required, with the preparation of outgoing & incoming contract tender documents.
You will need good communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone and you will need to be flexible with regard to working in order to meet service needs of others.
The post requires a minimum of 3 GCSEs, one in Maths & one in English/Welsh, Grades A to C.
In addition, having a Level 3 nationally recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or working towards one would be desirable.
