We are currently looking for a Service Designer to join our team.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Digital Services Division as we’re working to transform the Neath Port Talbot experience for all our citizens, businesses, staff and visitors through the best use of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT).
To deliver the change required, we’ve reset the entire Digital Services staffing structure, aligning to the DDaT profession capability framework, ensuring we have modern and fit for purpose job descriptions focusing on the rights skills and abilities.
The Role
As a Service Designer, you’ll be part of the service design community across the Council, setting standards and leading service design of products and services. You’ll work as part of the multidisciplinary team and partner with service areas, acting as the bridge between transformational goals and the practicalities of product delivery.
The post holder will be working through the entire design and delivery process, from framing problems, understanding and visualising service landscape, improving and reimagining end-to-end service, crafting service details, prototyping service to orchestrating work to support implementation.

Experience and education
Candidates must be educated to HND or possess equivalent occupational experience.
