You will be requried to provide expert advice and guidance on the management of quality, health and safety and environmental matters (QSHE) which have implications across the Agent and to provide direct line management and leadership to the Safety and Compliance team to ensure the delivery of a competent, efficient, effective and professional service across the Agent. To manage the Agent Fleet Management and Property Management teams and contribute to the development and review of strategic and service plans. This includes leading and supporting the team in the provision of competent information, advice and guidance across the Agent and improving and embedding a positive health, safety and compliance culture throughout all Agent functions
*Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.
