We have a vacancy in the HR Team and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide essential administrative support to the Recruitment Specialist in meeting the recruitment requirements of our managers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with good administrative skills and experience who likes working in a busy environment and dealing with a wide range of people. It is also an excellent first step for someone who is interested in a career in HR to learn more about this interesting and rewarding profession.
The main duties of the post will be to administer the recruitment process, to input data onto the HR database and to provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment policy and practice.
We are really interested in people who care about customer service. Applicants should have experience of providing advice to customers. Administrative skills and experience are essential, including good I.T. skills.
Applicants must possess the Certificate in Personnel Practice or an equivalent qualification (for example, a relevant business related NVQ Level 3; Certificate in Training Practice; NVQ Personnel Support Level 3).
