To deliver the change required, we’ve reset the entire Digital Services staffing structure, aligning to the DDaT profession capability framework, ensuring we have modern and fit for purpose job descriptions focusing on the rights skills and abilities.
The role
Reporting to the IT Service Manager, the post holder will oversee a dynamic and growing team within the Digital Services Division during a period of rapid growth and change.
Promoting continuous improvement and embedding an IT Service Management culture, the post holder will be pivotal in ensuring the Digital Services Division runs a stable and reliable set of digital products and services.

Experience and education
Candidates must be educated to degree level or possess equivalent occupational experience, with a minimum Foundation qualification for ITIL service management, and hold formal qualifications in Digital Services (e.g. Agile) and/or business management.
