Salary: £10.18 - £11.02 per hour
Are you interested in helping to deliver care to our Individuals who have become unwell or lost their skills and confidence for living independently? Are you able to provide a high standard of personal care, prepare meals and help with medication to support them in their own home?
Do you want great support in the workplace to help you deliver and achieve outcomes for individuals by following programmes of therapy and care?
If so, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience is desirable, however we want you to have a passion for supporting our individuals who receive this care.
For our Relief post you must hold a Level 2 qualification in Care and you must be registered as a Domiciliary Care Worker with Social Care Wales.
The only skills you need is to be caring, enthusiastic, empathetic and be able to travel extensively within the County Borough area.
