Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week
Location of post: Tir Morfa
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality reception and administrative support to the various services based at Tir Morfa Centre
The main duties of the post;
To provide a range of efficient and effective support services in line with the needs of the Lifelong Learning Service at Tir Morfa Centre. This will involve reception and administrative duties for the centre, as well as supporting Communities for Work Plus, the Youth Service, Adult Learning in the Community, Skills and Training, Children’s Community and the Food Pantry
Ideally you will have;
The post requested 4 GCSE’s grade A to C or above, including English Language and Mathematics, or a qualification of a comparable level (eg. Intermediate GNVQ Level 2, BTEC First Certificate, NVQ Level 2).
