We are currently looking for an Associate Content Designer to join our team.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Digital Services Division as we’re working to transform the Neath Port Talbot experience for all our citizens, businesses, staff and visitors through the best use of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT).
To deliver the change required, we’ve reset the entire Digital Services staffing structure, aligning to the DDaT profession capability framework, ensuring we have modern and fit for purpose job descriptions focusing on the rights skills and abilities.
The Role
As an associate content designer, you’ll use your design knowledge to create and iterate user-centred content that turns services and products into simple, easy to understand user experiences.
Working closely with product managers, service designers, researchers, developers and many other disciplines as part of Agile multidisciplinary teams for whole service digital transformation. You’ll be responsible for creating, optimising and testing insight led, readable content across our digital services and websites.
