Applicants must have excellent communication skills, together with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. In addition, applicants must possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English or Welsh, plus Mathematics, or equivalent NVQ qualifications and have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
