Neath Port Talbot is set in a great location. It boasts some breath-taking countryside and one of the longest sandy beaches in Wales. All this and just a stone's throw away are the stunning beaches of the Gower Peninsular and with excellent travel links to the M4.

The Teams work in partnership with adults who have varied needs, their carers and families to identify what matters to them, devise care and support plans to meet their outcomes, whilst maximising independence where possible. The focus of the teams are to build on the assets of individuals within their own communities and working with colleagues to identify this where appropriate.
