Term Time Only (191 days per year), Monday – Friday (flexible hours to meet service needs)
Access Managed Services - available when required to cover various Schools throughout Neath Port Talbot.
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements in relation to preparation and cooking in large, as well as small numbers of meals for children.
You should also understand the relative application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ 2 and 3 Award in professional Catering. Also a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent. Own transport is required for this post, which qualifies for the Council's casual car user allowance.
