We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Officer to join our service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the whole of the Youth Service, including updating and maintaining all monitoring and financial systems to ensure record keeping is robust and compliant with the various internal and external funder’s requirements.
The main duties of the post;
You will have experience in/of;
Carrying out both administration and financial reporting duties and tasks in a busy and complex work environment.
Development and management of administrative and financial systems.
Drafting corresponding to a high standard.
Excellent IT literacy which must include Microsoft Word, Outlook and all Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to cope within/adapt to a busy/pressurised work environment involving continuous change to support the constant changing needs of the service, including action of multiple priorities and produce work of a high quality on an unsupervised basis.
Ideally you will have;
A minimum of 4 GCE/GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, which should include English Language.
NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration is desirable.
