This is an exciting time to be joining the Digital Services Division as we’re working to transform the Neath Port Talbot experience for all our citizens, businesses, staff and visitors through the best use of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT).
To deliver the change required, we’ve reset the entire Digital Services staffing structure, aligning to the DDaT profession capability framework, ensuring we have modern and fit for purpose job descriptions focusing on the rights skills and abilities.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, the post holder will be responsible for digital service management across multiple digital platforms, channels and services to ensure service availability, performance and process maturity.
The post holder will lead multi-disciplined teams ensuring adequate resources and capacity; represent the IT service management function at a senior level; and act as an escalation point for business stakeholders.

Experience and education
Candidates must be educated to degree level or possess equivalent occupational experience, with formal qualifications in Digital Services (e.g. Agile), and/or IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and/or business management.
